When he joined us, almost immediately he implemented his coaching philosophy. Wing backs high up the pitch, centre half's pushing into midfield to create overloads and maintained NJ's high press.

We still were prepared to be direct but also started to play through midfield a lot more. Guess what.....it worked!

Not sure why his tactical acumen is now being questioned so loudly. Why rip up a football philosophy and strategy that worked incredibly well on the back of one poor performance.
