Coach v Manager

I’m beginning to worry about Edwards as a coach rather than a manager.

His talk of take the goals out of it is pure coach speak. Watching it’s like he is testing out a system at St George’s park. Seeing what works and keeping doing the same thing until it clicks.

Fine with kids in non competitive matches. Not what you need in a competitive match.

This is now his time and his system. It looks like it is taken off a training park with no thought of competing.
