Possible typo? Should it be a "with" the Premier League in mind, after all.

Is he saying we got 10 out of 14 that we wanted (I'm guessing he's including last season's recruitment with this?) and that the board are confident that will be enough to see us challenge for promotion straight back to the Prem this season?
