    Still trying to digest how bad we were tonight.

    Even Ross Barkley would not have saved us from comic defending.

    1 win in 18 is not a nice stat to take in. Last season and pre-season form rolled over into an abject performance, but against a very good team.

    Pelly clearly must have been not fully fit?

    No idea what internally is going on in the club? I'll leave that to the conspiracy theorists.

    Club could have made the first team shirt saga, a PR coup, by announcing no change, to help fans during a 'cost of living crisis'.
