Interesting debate in previous posts, is it GS, Edwards the recruitment team or a truly collaborative effort?

So if the recruitment team recommend Hashioka and GS feels the money is right, do we bring him in even if Edwards is a bit uncertain?

Or conversely if Edwards feels that Giles is right for his team because he has worked with him before, even if the data from recruitment might not make as compelling a case - does GS back Edwards?
