Over the years we have purchased the likes of Lockyer, Pearson, Bradley, Clark, Berry, Morris, Adebayo to name but a few; for a pittance compared to what other clubs have paid for their players. Most of these teams have failed to get promoted and if they have and got relegated have suffered due to instability/massive turn around of players.

It doesn't matter if a players if Free or cost little so long as they do the job and improve the team. May be we will unearth the next Lockyer, Clark, Adebayo, etc. Trust the scouting process.

In years gone by we have produced the likes of Hartson, Pembridge, Hughes, Telfer, etc. May be our latest youngsters can step up and make the difference. Jude Bellingham, etc. Had to start somewhere. Hansen's phrase "you cannot win anything with kids" - well may be with a mixture of Luton's current squad and a few youngsters may be we can.

Perhaps 1 or 2 signings is all we need. No need for a gung ho approach and sure it is all in hand.
