In the 50's Dally Duncan who first got us in the top flight.
In the 60's Alec Stock who built that wonderful attacking side with Malcolm MacDonald.
In the 70's Happy Harry Haslam who got usback in the top flight against the odds.
In the 80's David Pleat. Who built a side that was in the top flight for 10 years.
In the 90's BFJ Another wonderful attacking side.
In the 20's Mike Newell Again his side played some great football until other things got on the way
In 21's John Still. Enough said
In 22's Nathan Jones Initially some great attacking sides although went off the boil towards the end.
Now we have Robbie Edwards. Great start. Next season will be his big test.
Who were the best. I would say Duncan,Pleat, Haslam and Still.
They were all Never too high never too low. And inspired faith in players and supporter.
Next season another step in the journey. For me not many more but I am sure those that follow will like me enjoy the ride.
