    Correct of course.

    But taking aside the "promotion issue" - what possible grounds could there be to kick newcastle out? They can remove the owners apparently, but to kick a club out on the basis an american court has rules they could be state controlled, and move sanctioned by the PL would be akin to saying "yeah we ####ed up, so we will kick the club whose ownership we ####ed up about out instead. I know they have history but seriously?
