    As has been pointed out..depleted uranium is not a nuclear weapon. Its just a hard metal . Putin is juts having an epi as his tanks are even more vulnerable.Meanwhile i see Russian state TV has dusted off its hypersonic nuclear tsunami causing nuclear torpedoes again. Oh well
