- Players who are not good enough
In all fairness, I agree it's good to keep a winning mentality, however I do agree rotation of the squad in tonight's game is justified. We're 4th in the championship and personally I'd much rather a playoff push than a game against Southampton on a Wednesday night.
Some players who've been given a chance have shown they're not good enough.
Thorpe - Just not at the level. Couldn't get a game at Burton, bottom of League 1
Osho - I simply can't see how people rate him. Can't really play forward, always looks nervous on the ball and has a mistake in him.
Woodrow - A signing that looked good on paper, however I struggle to think of a game he's looked very good. Doesn't have any pace, can't really hold of a man. There's no way he's a 10, however he's not good enough to be a champ striker, no wonder Barnsley weren't fussed when he left.
Hovarth - Hot and cold, wouldn't go out to sign him in the summer, much better keepers out there.
Watson - Technically good, however too lightweight and game can go past him.
Berry - Great servant for the club, won't knock him, however his time is up now.
