Should LTFC get promoted, there are PL rules regarding the allocation of many 100s of seats for the world's media. Together with the need for approx 25 TV cameras, VAR facilities and several miles of cable etc I can't see how this can all be squeezed in without the removal of large numbers of seats, mainly in the main stand.
How would STHs feel after many years of waiting to reach the pinnacle, to be told their part of the ground is being given over to a press box/TV gantry?
Hope I'm wrong but maybe the club might feel the only solution to not disappointing many long term fans, and to attract some new, may lie 20 miles up the M1 in Bucks.
