And they certainly wouldn't find out the 60 odd clauses therefore, what's the point because you then don't know the real value anyway?

Most agents are pretty professional these days and are bound by the confidentiality clause in most contracts.

I notice you have a way of over simplifying a situation which is generally highly complex. No two deals can be compared unless you know all the clauses and can run macros in excel from an accurate crystal ball.

The days of the Don Revie dealings are long gone.
