Peterborough fans seem delighted that they got a fee for him and are laughing. His goal record is certainly not great to put it mildly.

HOWEVER - our approach to signing players is quite heavily stat driven.And it was stated that he will need some work. The same I think was said or thought about Adebayo but he overdid expectations.

I don`t think he has been signed to make an impact this season Possibly not next either. But our transfer strategy is to look at POTENTIAL . Remember Carlton Morris didn`t have a stellar goalscoring record either. We seem to get it right more than wrong
