I think it was a mixed window, some real quality coming in, albeit on loan. Drameh looks outstanding based on last night and Marvelous sounds like he could be a big plus.

In fairness though it is hard to understand the messaging about the strike force. Fred, if he stays fit showed that he can likely do a lot of what Cornick does, but I'd challenge anyone to suggest the striking options in the squad look as good as before this window.

Will it be worth whatever money we got for Cornick / saved on Jerome's contract? Time will tell I guess.
