    Long lost LTFC photos

    I've put some more photographs on to the Hatters' Heritage Facebook page this morning.

    They are all from the Luton News collection held at Wardown Park Museum. On Friday we copied 2,300 photos from 1982 so I should be able to post some of those soon. The copies now have to be reversed and enhanced which will take our volunteers about a week. Then we'll start over again this coming Friday.

    It's a huge project as there are 1.5 million negatives to look through but we are about two thirds through it. Once it's done they will be there for future generations forever.
