He is only the third longest serving manager currently - Weaver and Ainsworth have both been at their clubs longer. You may not be allowing for the fact that he left them and returned nearly three years later after a number of other jobs in between.

Even adding the two spells together, he wouldn't reach half of the longest serving league manager. West Brom had the same manager for over 45 years. Fergie and Busby were both at United longer than Coleman's two spells added together.
