If you watch the 'reverse view' video from Saturday you'll see he is a voice on the field while they warm up - his experience and knowledge is a valuable asset not just when he is playing. And I have been impressed when he is, with his energy, commitment, passing and all round play - much more than I expected this season.

Let's be honest about this, the poster Cuba has his obsessions (don't we all) and if he'd had his way Jerome and several others would have been out of the club and the player we might have been relying on in the situation he postulates would have been Pereira...(no disrespect to Dion, but....)
