I haven't seen the incident for Iran's penalty so don't know but while Maguire was undoubtedly being fouled he probably wasn't entirely innocent.

VAR was brought in to end controversial refereeing decisions. It hasn't, get rid . . . imho. It's dreadful.

As for those offside decisions, absolutely farcical.
