Shrewd Contract Extension

Wasn't it long ago that Jack Grealish added a clause in his Villa contract that he would only leave if there was over a £100 million bid of which they got. Shrewd business by Gary Sweet and Nathan to agree on a 5 year deal knowing that a big club will come in for him and had to pay compensation in a region of £4mill, just saying like
