Good signing with potential for an amazing impact - I do wonder at what financial costs and loan stipulations are in place.

Sure Arsenal do not allow a low loan salary % - also believe they have strong clauses (rightly or wrongly) that they have to start and play (regardless of performances)

Fully understand the reasoning - but can be detrimental to clubs own player development.
