    I get that occasionally, well, not the hole bit anyway.
    Sometimes if you not aired you nuts then you warm up too much and the blood flows through making it look like blood blisters,sort of, obviously trying to cool down. If you shower too harshly then you can, unfortunately l do sometimes tear/split/burst one of them. Some bleed for quite a while, and it's worrying the first time, coming out of a shower thinking you've just started a period freaked me out. Of course the decor was white and that made things worse, towels mats, find it funny now.
    I have way more important issues to make an appointment but will ask me Dr next time he rings, just out of curiousity as someone else has had something similar.
    If you are prone to scratching you nut sac be carefull when you're out, it can be extremely embarrassing, fortunately l can laugh at myself.

    Saturday can't come quick enough.
