Purely administrative. Govt extended the time period to file your accounts due to COVID for 3 months from the end of Feb. The football league did not follow suit. So luton are technically late with filing accounts in the FL eyes (not in the eyes of the govt) and are under an embargo. It’s a touch ridiculous. Luton will file their accounts at the end of May as allowed by the govt and the embargo will be lifted.

This is a typical DM non story.
