This one may actually get through.

He has implored his supporters not to do very specific things, Is it just me that read that in a "dont do that...that would be awful if you do" tone of voice? (even though it was a statement)

The thing is, as much as we like to think of him as an idiot, he pretty clearly isn`t. So he must have seen that his speech last week would get that reaction. He must have envisaged there would be reprucussions. And yet he still did it. So what is his goal? civil war? going in the history books? Notoriety?
