1. People are allowed to change their minds in a democracy
A: Of course mate.
2. Circumstances can change - eg downsides such as the collapse in sterling.
A: It's mainly the uncertainty that causes sterling and markets to fluctuate. Even Carney said yesterday the no deal Brexit would not be as bad as first thought.
3. Arguments which were held out at the time to be true have been shown not to be - eg “it will be the easiest deal in history” etc etc
A: The EU is making an example of us as it was always going to. The EU project in the medium to long term is crumbling as the anti EU parties are getting increasing support.
Why is it democratic NOT to go back to the people and ask 1. If they are still sure and 2. If so, exactly what kind of Brexit would you like?
A: All the suggestions of what would be on a 2nd Ref paper all are weighted to Remain. Also if Remain won would it be best of 3?
