Last night, first hedgehog out of hibernation I’ve seen this year.

My nighbouers tell me there a huge hedgehog in my front garden come out at hight i have never seen it,year ago Mac bought one home he had been working the night shift,thought it had been hurt,we put it in the back garden in the greenhouse with water and food,by morning it had gone,didnt know they can climb a 5ft chain link fence,

I recall my dad bringing a hedgehog home one night after a visit to Tom's; he'd picked it up from the grassy area infront of our house – needless to say, my mother gave him what's for
He was telling when he was a kid, gypsies camped in the woods behind their house; they would catch hedgehogs, cover them clay and cook it on the fire

I remember the gypsies,who parked on church road the land between the rogal and st phillip church in school we were told not to bother them,mymum told me they pinched children coun,nt understand why the seemed to have plenty of there own,My Mum would never turn away a gypsie said it was bad luck,there were lots of gypies camped outside warminster,they would come into the shop and ask for the cheap dried cheese,i would put a piece of good cheese in the bag,gave some warm winter clothes to a young gypse girl before we went to hong kong,thought i wouldnt need them there,but found out it did get quite cold there in demember
