Goose Eggs

Was given two goose eggs today 😛

Will fry one and make an omelette with other.

out in the car if my mother seen a sigh goose eggs she wanted to go and buy some dont know if she had ever had a goose egg,my butcher sold them a few year ago,
ps when i was a kid one of my neighbour had one,very agree birds,maybethe knew they were meant for dinner,

I used to work with someone who had geese so I’d buy a few eggs now and the. They are amazingly rich. My favourite was scrambled eggs! Feel peckish thinking about it.

The yoke is a very dark yellow colour, so different from a hen's egg yolk.

It wasn't easy cracking the shell, which was very thick.
