when will it get warmer at least the rain has stopped,but it so cold the forecast this morning they said snow for scotland,right were ronnie lives

Spring Tide today.

You’d be able to walk out a long way from Formby Point, sand bars would be visible, there are many wrecks out there caught on the sand bars.

I some how remember a ship with Oranges either went down or lost a load as there was loads of the on the shore. At sea Formby point was special, the ship turning heading for the pool. Cheers

Possibly waiting for a pilot although there was a Pilot Ship at the bar. Maybe waiting for the tide or a berth to become vacant for them,
Going to the Isle of Man on the ferry, the booze bar didn't open until the ferry had passed the Bar Lightship.
