CORNED BEEF HASH

Had it for lunch, had pots of mashed potato'so made enough for lunch tomorrow, heat in the micro then brown in the air fryer,how did we manage with out all the kitchen gadgets, keeping food hot,when the family came home at differt times

There were 5 of us out working, coming home at different times – very rarely were we all at the table at the same time.

The only time was at Sunday meal times.

i havent got an oven Ronnie,got rid of the old one ready for new double oven put in,2 men came from the shop,cannot put it there to close to one wall,no room for 4 pan handles,back to the shop,

When I make hash it is enough for at least 5 meals so four go into the freezer for future meals. One for that time.

I put enough for one meal in a bag,flattened it,so not to take much room in the freezer,but it took ages to de frost,

Checking what i have in the freezer,I flat packet,it was the corned beef hash much easyer to get a flat pack in,and it defrosts quicker,
