exciting day today

Had my window washed,they dont need a ladder a brush on a long handle,last time it was 5 pound today 10 pound,but They do wash th porch windows,

Busy day Pip had his nails clipped apointment made for his distemper vaz he will need 2 ,last time time he only had one,all the dogs in the area have had the jab,and never see any strange dog here,

Our windowing cleaning, and grass cutting are included in the rent.

I’ve just had a new kitchen installed. Still to be decorate and new flooring.,I got to choose the kitchen and flooring. I could have had a new bathroom, but only had one put in 2 years ago.

new heating and solar panels in all 16 flats, must have cost a fortune

The rent are high here in Cardiff,way back about 1975 I was paying more for a 60 built 2 beroomed house Than Mum and Dad paid for a 3 bedroomed,toilet upstairs and down in Sonning ave,few year ago the 3 house still owned by the council had new kitchens and bathrooms,the kitchen before had red tiles,rally cold in the winter,but good in a hot summer,

Neighbor had panels but on the roof,i was told it cost 8 thousand pounds,

New boiler in our house a month ago. But that cost us unfortunately. Worth it for the improvement
