what was the name of the horse I think he won the grand national,and then went missing

The horse was Shergar, he wasn't a National winner, but won the Derby and other classic races, Norma.

He was kidnapped for ransom, the ransom wasn't paid and the bastas killed him

We had a summer holiday same place for years would meet up with my brother family and my Mum,My brothers two girls and my son loved horse ridding would help bring the horse in from the field each morning groom and feed them,

my Mum brothers love horse racing,worked for themselves so easy to have, the odd day off,Haddock park,think that right quite near one sisters,Uncle Norma bought a car,sothe family could have a day out dropping us of at Aunty Ada,thought there father my Grandfather made all his money from horse racing ,but no business tip he got from the owners,
