It was for 9am up at 7am to make sure i was ready,now 9 ,25 still not here last time the call was cancelled,will someone else next time,

Waited all day for a call to say the were coming,now it looks as if theapointment was cancelled was by me,I will go somewhere else,had the same firm last year,should have remembered,They e mail me and asked to make the appointment which I did,one morn day wasted,Now get the room back,have to move things around,I can sit on the dinning chair,and he could have sat the settee,last year he said thhat was fine didnt have to hurt his back bending over,You do all you can to help,

It was the first one I'd rung for a home visit. I didn't know it was NHS until I'd picked 2 pr of glasses and filled in form.
That will be £5.00 she said. I was shocked but made up.
