over thinking

that my problem,my husband would say i looked for things to worry about,Today i will get a order of tablets that will stop me doing that,hope they work,

Took one this morning do feel a little calmer,realey heavy rain since yesterday,shouldnt complain dont need to go out,when i was working often walking up
the main road,car would drive threw puddle in the road just to get you wet,

Took one after they arrived,I have been busy knitting the sleeves of a baby cardigan,dont know why but knitting that part is not the best bit,i do feel relaxed so hope this will continue,and i will not keep waking in the night,sleep right threw till 7am

Yes you are so right,I will try telling myself they are working,year ago bought some tablet to give me energy,had been up early and out to work,took a tablet,put my head down waiting for the to work woke up 2 hours latter
