Impressive.
Makes you think how shortsighted we have become. Nothing built today has grandeur like this. Nothing built today will last as long.

Jean one of the ladies I looked after,move to a flats were she had a warden,just behind her flats was a lovely old building slowly falling down,someone with money will buy it cheaply for the land,

I was brought up in Bowden Street alongside the Mission and remember that our Road was filled with cars on a Sunday. Not from our residents but from people in Crosby and Blundellsands.
