Only went the once Christmas party,Dad was in the British legion, Dad left the legion when he didnt agree with a man who had his own business borrowed a interest free loan,when other were turned down,

But people get away with it,when I was working waiting to see the manager outside her office heard a carer,who had only just started working telling the manager Jobs she would go to, now we all had people who were not nice to work for,but you had to take the good with the bad,Had one elderly lady,said i had stolen a plastic egg cup, at least it wasnt a string of Pearls,that what she said a different carer stole,

Norma did you work as a carer for Sefton Council or was it just Litherland as Sefton didn't take it over until 1974.

Eileen I left litherland in 1963 after i got married, first job was in a shop, where all the youngest of Warminster would come in and ask if i knew the Beatles ,we lived there till going Hong kong 66 t0 68 ,back in Cardiff I worked for the cardiff council 1980 for 20 years stopped working after my husband died,thought it was a job for weeks,
