Skin on. Same for carrots. No point throwing away the best bits.

You made me laugh Norma! I read the title as Baby, New Photo's! So,got a shock they were being boiled!!!!
(I always scrub spuds well, leave the skin on and eat it!!!)

I too thought it said new photos, thought Norma had a new Great Grandchild. Had to read it twice when she mentioned being boiled. I now have two great grand children, one little boy Matthew in October 2023 and a baby girl Bonnie in November2024.
