A Buck Moon

I got lucky in South Cornwall last week. It was an ideal place to see the ‘Buck Moon’ which is big and orange and very bright. Lucky to be in a location away from the city lights to get the full effect!

Not sure if its the same thing ,it would have been about 11am coming home from shopping,in th sky was a huge Orange moon,people where stopping and looking,

Hard to know Norma, my sighting was at 10 pm.

Brilliant photo Pete.

Did see it here in the North East but nothing as spectacular as that.

Have seen it here in Aus, not sure now the reason that was suggested. Cheers
