Litherland Park pillar.

Sadly, one of the pillars has been decapitated! Hit by a lorry. Good enough, the driver left his details. Unbelievable the top didn't shatter!

Silly man,Mac was a heavy goods driver,working for british home service,they sent him a young boy to train as a driver, the poor lad couldn't even read,

yes it was safe all though the War,I would have been about 7 when the war ended,My Mum told me they wont drop a bomb here,as from the air Litherland lookes like a PARK
