are they going rusty or have they been treated,all the spray from sea water,

At least the stand still,I have been hunting for a knitting pattern,young women next door is expecting a baby in September, when i was looking found one i knitted a few years ago,so thought i would make one to match in a larger size,if she doest want them will ask a friend if they still have a place by the shop,where you can put in baby clothes,I have just ordered a new pattern,
