Its my fault

plummer said he would be here at 9am,it now 11-15 still not arrived,I have a habit of saying on the phone Ill will be here all day,fine if it to have a job done in the garden but he will need the stopcock that in the kitchen so i have to empty the cupboard so he can turn the water off,

I did have a great local plumber,lost his number

Thank goodness it outside tap,but they say we will have rain in the next few days,so wont need to use it,
