Sorry to keep on moaning

Rubbish collection today,my neighbor must be friend with the men,his bags are let right outside his gate, while i have to go around hunting for mine,will phone the council today if i can find the number,it not so bad in the summer months and dry,but not winter,sometime they throw them on the grass under a tree,If i slipp and was was hurt can i claim the council,

A lady I know has a mobility problems and the council binmen come into her garden to collect the bins - We have to put our bins out on the pavement when its bin day.

I could have done that Ronnie but at the time ,my other little dog used the garden all day,So i put the rubbish out,

When we went to cardigan bay,had 2 dogs Pip the poodle and beauty the stray we took in,they loved to go in the sea,beauty came out a quick shake and find The poodle ,had to go under the shower when we got back
