I am having a big bowl of Chinese chicken wings.heard my neighbor daughter ordering them,thought I must try those,only problem the dog sit and watched every bite,Please to see the know have instruction to cook in air fryer,

Happy wandering, you certainty get around Jean,New port is as far as I have been in the last 25 years, never went back to litherland after Mum died,But she was living in Oldham by then,PS did go once to Visit dad family and called into see other relations,but they all moved away,Aunty Nell to Birmingham, and one cousin husband because of his job,

We have a mobile burger, chips, sarnies, pies, tea, coffee parked at the pier. We also can get delivered takeaways, fish/chips, pizza, Chinese and Indian etc

We had a chip van that came around on a friday night,it was pay day the the army,only time we had spare cash,and i was working,felt sorry to the familys with children,2 of the army wives,one worked cleaning the shop I worked in and her friend had the children split the pay,better pay when posted to hong kong,i didnt work and had food delivered every day,

When I was a kid, we had Fish 'n' Chips every Friday night from the chippie opposite the Salt Box, and sometimes from the chippie on Webster Street.

I loved the battered scallops

- I wonder if chippies still sell them?
