I have reverse cycle air conditioning units in my lounge room and kitchen. So they heat the room in Winter and cool the room in Summer. I had them put in about 10 years ago and never had a problem with them. I only have to run them for about 5 minutes to get the room at the temperature I want. They hardly use any electricity anyway. Best buy I ever did.
