I remember the gypsies,who parked on church road the land between the rogal and st phillip church in school we were told not to bother them,mymum told me they pinched children coun,nt understand why the seemed to have plenty of there own,My Mum would never turn away a gypsie said it was bad luck,there were lots of gypies camped outside warminster,they would come into the shop and ask for the cheap dried cheese,i would put a piece of good cheese in the bag,gave some warm winter clothes to a young gypse girl before we went to hong kong,thought i wouldnt need them there,but found out it did get quite cold there in demember
