went there for keep fit remember laying on the floor and having to raise your legs one at time,made me think of it when in the hongkong hospital we did have to do exerciser before going home,girl next to me confused her right leg from the left,it was after we had a baby,got told off we would be sorry when we went home,it was my first baby,she had 5 children at home,so got plenty of exersise at home,
