The rent are high here in Cardiff,way back about 1975 I was paying more for a 60 built 2 beroomed house Than Mum and Dad paid for a 3 bedroomed,toilet upstairs and down in Sonning ave,few year ago the 3 house still owned by the council had new kitchens and bathrooms,the kitchen before had red tiles,rally cold in the winter,but good in a hot summer,
