Our windowing cleaning, and grass cutting are included in the rent.
I’ve just had a new kitchen installed. Still to be decorate and new flooring.,I got to choose the kitchen and flooring. I could have had a new bathroom, but only had one put in 2 years ago.
new heating and solar panels in all 16 flats, must have cost a fortune
