During Covid I had a visit from a man who lived in Stanley Park and he had found three hardboard notices in his loft when he was clearing out. He asked if I'd like them for the History Society and I still have them. I have used them in a couple of exhibitions. One is a hand drawn map of the area cxovering Hatton Hill Road, Stanley Park, Sonning Avenue and up to Jersey Avenue and a bit of Watling Avenue. Its unfortunately very faint on the photo The other two boards ar a bit better to read. It shows the houses where som of the wardens lived after checking the 1939 register.
