We had a chip van that came around on a friday night,it was pay day the the army,only time we had spare cash,and i was working,felt sorry to the familys with children,2 of the army wives,one worked cleaning the shop I worked in and her friend had the children split the pay,better pay when posted to hong kong,i didnt work and had food delivered every day,
