You can still get meds changed to suit better.
I remember my Mum going to see Dr Mendick with her back back. He asked her what she was doing - she told him she was working part time as an Auxiliary Nurse at the Northern Hospital (which she loved). He raved at her - 'Good God Woman! You should be working in a sweetie shop!!!!'
