I used to have VM but it wasn't available in my new place, I'd ditched Sky long ago and found Amazon Prime and Netflix far better value, and no contract.

Unfortunately I'd had VM for over 20 years so knew nothing about other providers. I went with Sky internet because it was recognisable to me.

I wasn't looking for a smart TV, just a bigger TV so that my sick partner could read the sub titles better. It was a surprise to me that the remote control had a direct link to Amazon, Netflix, Youtube and Freeview. I now watch one of these more than terrestrial TV because terrestrial programming is so bad. I didn't mind a bit of reality tv but it seems to be all of that lately. Cheap to make and all 5 channels follow each other with the same theme.
